TERMS and CONDITIONS AGREEMENT WITH SpeshNow.com

I , DBA, , agree to represent SpeshNow.com and understand that the business conducted by me or any of my staff will be respectful and professional at all time during the business transaction for obtaining information and posting a SPESH® Site for any business on SpeshNow.com.

I understand that:

a) Registering as an Independent SPESH® Consultant and listing anything on the SpeshNow.com Website/Ap does not mean that SpeshNow.com employs me to do the work for the businesses needing my services. It only allows potential customers to have access to Designers, Reps, Photographers, etc and other businesses contact information so that I can help them create their SPESH® Site on SpeshNow either as a SPESH® Site Consultant, Designer, Rep, Student Designer, Business Consultant, Promotional Business, or Photographer.
b) SpeshNow.com will agree to charge me as an "Independent Consultant" $10 less on the invoice for each posting given by me or unless it is free. If for any reason I feel that the credit were not properly credited to me, then I will notify SpeshNow.com as soon as possible so we can rectify any problem that we might have.
c) I am responsible for the collection of any funds for the services I provide to my customers, and SpeshNow.com is not responsible for collection of any of these funds for any reason.
d) SpeshNow.com does not collect any commissions for the work I do. The only funds that are collected are the posting fees if any on SpeshNow.com
e) As an Independent SPESH® Site Consultant or professional helping a business to create SPESH® Sites, I will learn the SpeshNow system required to successfully submit a SPESH® Site along with any other payment system necessary.
f) I am required to submit the correct size and information requirements of a SPESH® Site. If I submit insufficient information or content problems keep occurring by me, then my business customers may be transferred to SpeshNow.com and my contact information will be removed from the SPESH® Consultant List. I also know that if I do not keep up with my customers orders (keeping them posted) I may lose the business account.
