Multiple Locations Order Form - Instructions

SECTION 1 Main Office Information
Main Office Create and remember a user name and password. Write in down and keep in safe place. Enter business name and address for the Office Location Enter the business contact information Number of Locations After completing the Office Location Information select the number of business locations you would like to have a SPESH® Site for. Next, fill out the information of each of those business locations If you are a service business and/or have a home office, do jobs in other cities, then you probably don't what people to know your home location. On the street entree, enter "Travels to Location". Enter the Zip Code for the city you want to market your business in. Click: Hide my business address from visitors If you have a business that you just want to be contacted by email and not by phone, Click: Hide my business phone number from visitors. Be sure you have an email listed
SECTION 2 Select who is handling the order
Pick Designer You can choose to create the order yourself or have SpeshNow assign the order to a Registered Designer/Rep or, you can enter a Registered Designer/Rep # that you have chosen (You can contact a Designer/Rep before you begin and let them create the order for you)
SECTION 3 Suggested Keywords by Category:
Suggested Keywords Select the keywords that pertain to the business. Edit the list by adding or removing. Important Note: Must pertain to functions of business or Admin will remove inappropriate entries
SECTION 4 Request Work Order
Submit SPESH® Order Be sure all information is correct before clicking on Request Work Order Wait 24-48 hours for a response if you want SpeshNow to assign a Designer/Rep or if you have picked one yourself If you decided to do yourself then check your email for further instructions
